The incredible desserts Elly & I calorically splurged on at Kyotofu - mochi bits on soy softserve (OMFG), and a tofu cupcake (??) (The question marks are because we don’t know if it was tofu or not, all we know is that the icing was made from white beans and I wanted to snarf down four cans of it. But it didn’t come in cans. So. You know, we made a suggestion to Mr. Berl, owner, that he might want to provide - as an option! - to his customers the aforementioned cans of frosting, in the future. He said he would take that suggestion “seriously,” and everyone cheered. The end.)
