At my management company, The Collective, for my first meeting of the day. My former tv agent, Steven Grossman, was at ICM until about six months ago, and when he left to become a manager at The Collective, I continued to work with him (I adore him) - as well as ICM.
That means I have two exceptionally talented companies which have my back - but it also means I pay 25% of all my earnings out to them (10% to ICM, 10% to The Collective and 5% to my lawyers at Morris Yorn).
If that sounds like a lot, just remember - 100% of nothing is nothing. :)
