oh ... hello there!

You might notice that this page looks a little different. And yet, still pink. Sigh. Meghan & Mary wouldn't let me change it. Something about "consistent branding." ;)

In any case, the redesign you see now is merely a first iteration, the beta of a beta of a beta, if you will. Like me, it's definitely not perfect, but (also like me!) I look forward to improvements over the next few weeks/months/years.

In the meantime, I'm BACK!

My father sent me Samuel Barber’s Adagio for Strings, and I can’t stop listening to it. Beautiful.

In spite of a fair amount of stress, and despite the fact that I haven’t slept in two days, I am happy, and grateful, this morning. Happiness is dynamic, you know. It’s actually convenient to be down, because then you can appreciate the ride up ;)
