So, I have a CRAPLOAD of gorgeous clothing that I’m getting rid of to go to my new invisible apartment …

I usually give that stuff to Housing Works, but to be honest, I’m not that thrilled about them just selling it to rich people looking for a bargain. I want the items to go DIRECTLY to the women who really need them - either domestic violence survivors or homeless women or single low-income mothers - but I’m stumped as to which charity is the best. I really want to make a direct impact.

Also, I have two old laptops, an old video camera, etc etc etc - suggestions for the best charity for electronic donations? Again, I don’t like places that sell them - I like places that give them straight to the people in need.
