Here’s my final video about the little apartment in Hell’s Kitchen I loved living in since October of 2007.
If you know of anyone who would like to move in Sept 15th (or Sept 30th), it’s now going for $2350 (I forked over $2550 for the last two years - totally worth it) … the building has great doormen, a gym, and is located on a pretty little street near lots of fantastic restaurants, just a few blocks from Central Park & the Time Warner center.
Yes, it’s small, but it’s clean, bright, warm and cozy. I will miss it.
