I took the above photo with my new Canon EOS Rebel T2i (which Canon sent me for my birthday, thank you Canon!) - and I am IN LOVE WITH IT!!!  After years of grainy, blurry photos from point and shoots, I’m ready to take it to the next level.  Now I just have to learn how to use the thing. (!!) (My friend Josh Forman, outside the Resort at Squaw Creek on Sunday, February 27, 2011) [FULL DISCLOSURE: Canon sends me cameras for testing purposes. I return them after a reasonable length of time.  If I choose to write a post about it, I give my honest and unbiased opinion on the piece of equipment.]

One of my favorite photos of the evening - two of my very special guests, Miss Taryn Southern (who was wearing her mom’s prom dress!!!) and Miss Sarah Milligan. I met Sarah about a decade ago (oy!), and we lived together in a hovel in the Eastern Market section of DC when we both worked on the Hill … she is one of the loveliest human beings I know.  Miss Taryn is a newer friend - we met about a year and a half ago, because we are both repped by the same agents at ICM.  I saw her work and BAM! Girl crush.
