So! NonSociety currently works with a brilliant designer by the name of Shane Parrish, but he’s so brilliant that he’s constantly overbooked and overworked, inundated with people vying for his ineffable design talent, that we need another designer to take his style and his themes and work with us on a daily basis.
It is not, by any stretch of the imagination, full time, but requires a ton of flexibility (probably someone who works for themselves, or at another job where they do design work and have some freedom).
We’d love someone who appreciates and excels in innovative, minimalist design, and it doesn’t hurt to have a special love of organization and information infrastructure.
Caveat up front: we can’t pay a lot, and for that, I am deeply sorry. But we will work out some compensation, and we’d love to establish a relationship going forward that could turn into something more. It’s like dating. Try ‘em out for a bit: see if you like us, see if we like you, then maybe we’ll get serious and you can meet our parents and shit.
