Today Meghan and I met with the most amazing real estate broker in Manhattan (and I’ve met a few) - Dain Lee from Corcoran.

We’re trying to find suitable live/work space for our company, and yeah, I’ll live there too (my lease is up Sept 30th, and I’m tired of living in a room the size of a bathtub).  We saw two places today, one of which was nothing short of unbelievable, which is a word you rarely, if ever, use in Manhattan real estate, unless it’s pejorative.
