I think I’m just going to take the plunge and buy the Air tomorrow. I’ve wanted one since they first announced the concept last year. I thought that MAYBE my parents would get me one for my birthday, but instead they got me seven e-cards. No, seriously, SEVEN.

Then I was going to wait until my favorite Apple friend Evan Doll could get an employee discount, but he claims that there isn’t one available for the Air yet (E, if you’re lying, I’m going to come out to SF and kick your geeky ass).

But you know what? I can’t take it any longer. My current MacBook is literally falling apart - and it’s only a year old! - and I think our relationship, while satisfying, has run its course.

Meghan & I have a work date set for tomorrow anyway, so I think we’ll go to the Apple store and buy it together. awww. That’s true tech friendship.
